Interest rate for CPF's Special, Medisave and Retirement accounts falls to 4% next quarter
The interest rate for the Central Provident Fund's Special, Medisave and Retirement accounts will fall to four per cent in January to March next year. This is down from the 4.14 per cent seen in this current quarter. The CPF Board says that is because of a decline in yields of the 10-year Singapore Government Securities bonds, which CPF interest rates are pegged to.
